Cub Zay Refund Policy

We hope you love your Cub Zay pieces, but if you change your mind, we offer returns on eligible items.

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

How to start a return:

• Email us at hello@cubzay.com with your order number and reason for return
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Return shipping:

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for items lost in return transit

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
