Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every Cub Zay piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy to sort.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. No awkward questions, no hoops to jump through.

What we ask Items should be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached. This just ensures the next family who receives them gets something special too.

How to return Email us at hello@cubzay.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid returns label within 24 hours. That's it.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we'll process your full refund within 3 working days back to your original payment method. We'll drop you an email to confirm.

Wrong size? We're happy to exchange for a different size where stock allows - just mention this in your return email and we'll sort it.

Faulty or wrong item? If something arrives damaged or we've made a mistake, we'll cover all costs and get it resolved immediately. Just email us a photo and we'll take it from there.
